Your planner data
Changes sync through your hosting server for both people. Export regularly as a backup.
One shared planner. Automatic 5-second checks bring in changes without refreshing. Different trips can be edited simultaneously. If both change the same item, the second save is stopped and its unsaved draft stays open, with an option to save a copy.
Security
Passwords are hashed during one-time installation. Shared data is in a private MySQL database. Use HTTPS; never send your hosting or account passwords in a chat.
